A time to remember that the Moon does not only pull the waters of the ocean…


She also speaks to the waters of our Temple.


Our blood.


Our lymph.


Our emotions.


Our hormones.


Our sacred fluids.


Our creative essence.


In Sacred Alchemy, we do not fight the Moon.


We listen.


Ekadashi is a beautiful time to lighten the body, refine the mind, and honor the upward direction of energy.


Instead of allowing our life force to spill downward through cravings, overindulgence, distraction, or unconscious release…


we invite that same energy to rise.


Up through the spine.


Up through the heart.


Up through the breath.


Up into prayer, clarity, devotion, and spiritual power.


Because!!!!


What we can witness, we can refine.


What we can refine, we can transmute.


What we can transmute, we can sanctify.
