EVERY YES IS AN ENERGETIC AGREEMENT

In my continued walk as a Student/Teacher I have found my way into Authentic Consent course via the Amina Institute.

Wow I am amazed after the first class and pre homework reading. As much as I attempt intergrate every teaching like a child with a clean slate. It is often difficult to not see things through a Tantric/Mystic lens.

A big portion of Sacred Alchemy is becoming conscious of where our energy flows and intentionally directing it toward what we desire to nourish, cultivate, and bring alive.

And our YES is one of those gates.

We leak Life Force anywhere our YES is disconnected from our actual capacity.

Someone asks for our time when we need restoration—leak.

We give because we want approval rather than because giving is authentic—leak.

We remain in a conversation after our capacity has been reached—leak.

We say yes while the body is communicating hesitation—leak.

We repeatedly direct attention toward relationships, scrolling, conflict, fantasies, obligations, or environments that leave us scattered—leak.
